DIY: Passport cover Marine decoupage

First I toke a plastic cover

Processed an external area with sandpaper

Than placed the paper tape on the inside

Wiped a surface with alcohol.

Paint it with white acrylic.

Anotheк one layer of paint.

Than choose a nice one paper napkin with marine picture, than glue it.

And some more blue paint at the edges ant it's done!
